Narendar Reddy
Narendar is Founder and Managing Director of Nibana Solutions. Narendar’s professional career spanned over 22 years. Subsequently as an entrepreneur in last 9 years he founded two ventures.
He started his professional career in Management Consulting in Mumbai and then moved to IT sector. He handled sales and sales management roles covering all the regions in India both in Indian and MNC corporations. He was elevated as the Managing Director to manage Indian operations of a US MNC (now part of Siemens) in 1995. Over next 14 years he successfully grew the operations along with a splendid team by over 30% CAGR in a highly technical and competitive CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM market.
Narendar is a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Business Administration.
Rommal Fernando
Rommal is Partner and Director of Nibana Solutions. Rommal is an accomplished Engineering and Manufacturing IT Professional with about 25 years of experience in IT industry specifically in the manufacturing sector.
Rommal started his career with Bajaj Auto developing High Pressure Casting Dies using CAD / CAM systems and Numerical Control Programs. He joined SDRC/UGS (US MNC and now part of Siemens) in 1996 and had increasing responsibilities over 13 years in managing the complete Technical Team as Technical Director. During this period, he also worked in US and Australia to support large Auto OEMs in implementing Engineering Process into PLM / CAx systems. Rommal then joined Mahindra and Mahindra Auto / Farm Division in 2009 and was responsible for the Engineering and Manufacturing IT systems for over 3000 users across the globe.
Rommal is a Mechanical Engineer from PSG College of Technology.
