Narendar Reddy

Narendar is the co-founder and CEO of Nibana Solutions. Narendar is an accomplished professional and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in IT industry specifically in the manufacturing sector.

Narendar started his career in consulting with Coopers (now part of PWC) in Mumbai. He was involved in India market potential and entry strategy projects for MNCs in Manufacturing, Telecom and IT industries. Then joined OMC Computers and was involved in selling Banking, CAD/CAM and SI solutions across South, North and East India.

Thereafter he joined SDRC/UGS (US MNC and now part of Siemens). Over the next 14 years his team established dominant presence to grow the customer base from 60 to over 2500. He built a strong team of professionals and channel partners with clear orientation for customer success. This customer focused team consistently dominated the Indian PLM market (duly recognized with awards in India and globally) and successfully managed three mergers and acquisitions the company went through globally from 2001 to 2007. He was also involved in setting up global R&D and Services organizations which grew to over 600 employees. During his tenure of 14 years as Managing Director of Indian operations, revenue grew by over 30% CAGR.

Narendar is a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Business Administration.
